These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the m.ph365 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the m.ph365 website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the m.ph365 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Company will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
All financial transactions on the m.ph365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the m.ph365 Platform, including but not limited to:
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the m.ph365 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will be used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. The Company will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — the Company will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.
Your continued use of the m.ph365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the m.ph365 Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be submitted to the Company's customer support team for informal resolution. The Company will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
