m.ph365 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the m.ph365 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at mph365.app.
• "Company" refers to the operator of m.ph365, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the m.ph365 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the m.ph365 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering regulations as prescribed under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.

By accessing the m.ph365 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the m.ph365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the m.ph365 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on m.ph365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of the Company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the m.ph365 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy player.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the m.ph365 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

The Company will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on the m.ph365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits: m.ph365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Platform's cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before the corresponding balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform's cashier page.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one business day of approval.

The Company may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to Players on the m.ph365 Platform. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all m.ph365 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method used.
• Each promotion has a specified validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.

All games available on the m.ph365 Platform — including live dealer baccarat, mini baccarat, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or game information page.

The Company is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently certified. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment under continuous video surveillance.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the Company's servers, the result recorded on the Company's servers shall be deemed the official and binding result. The Company's records are the final authority on all game outcomes.

If a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — the Company reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. No additional compensation will be provided for technical interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.ph365 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Company staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the m.ph365 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any m.ph365 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized by the Company.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the m.ph365 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform's games and betting markets.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the m.ph365 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. The Company will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

m.ph365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the m.ph365 Platform may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

The Company complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and maintains a register of self-excluded Players. Players who have self-excluded from the Platform will be prevented from creating new Accounts for the duration of their exclusion period.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• The Player's voluntary request to close their Account.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting m.ph365 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the m.ph365 Platform at the URL for this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — the Company will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the m.ph365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the m.ph365 Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be submitted to the Company's customer support team for informal resolution. The Company will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
